A swimming pool of 5 by 10 metres sits on an open terrace among the pines, with sun loungers and parasols. Under the wooden porch, a long built-in bench and a covered outdoor kitchen with a barbecue face the valley. Around the house are 2,500 square metres of terraces and gardens, and beyond them nothing but woodland.

220 square metres of living space over two floors. On the ground floor, an open kitchen with a central island runs into the dining area and a living room with a wood burner, set under a stone arch. Two en-suite bedrooms sit off the same floor. A curved stone staircase leads to the third bedroom upstairs, which has its own bathroom and a private balcony looking out at Es Vedrà.
