A long, low house of white render and dry-stone walls, set on a 20,000 m² plot among pines and old olive trees. The pool runs the full width of the terrace, with sun loungers, parasols and outdoor seating for fourteen, and looks out over the hills towards Santa Eulalia. A deep porch shades the outdoor living and dining area. Next to the pool is a second kitchen with a charcoal barbecue, so long lunches and evening dinners can stay outside. Santa Eulalia is about five minutes by car and Ibiza town about ten.

480 m² of living space on one level. Floor-to-ceiling glass opens the living room and the dining table for fourteen onto the porch and the garden. The main kitchen is fitted with Siemens appliances and an induction hob. There are seven suites, each with its own full bathroom and rain shower, and each looking out onto the garden: six are inside the main house and the seventh sits on its own near the entrance, which suits guests who want a little more privacy. A separate guest toilet, a laundry room and a garage complete the house.
