The infinity pool sits below the house on a terrace of sun loungers and parasols, facing the valley and the surrounding countryside. Beside it, an outdoor jacuzzi (unheated) and the pool house, with a second kitchen, barbecue, toilets, showers and a long dining table in the shade. A safety fence around the pool can be fitted on request for families with small children. Gardens of olive, citrus and palm trees and bougainvillea wrap around the house, and there is parking for up to sixteen cars.

920 m² of living space over two floors. On the ground floor, a long beamed living room with several seating areas and a dining table opens onto a covered terrace, where a second lounge and an outdoor dining area look out over the garden. The main kitchen has an induction hob, oven, steam oven, microwave, dishwasher and three fridges, with a breakfast table beside it. An open gallery with a library overlooks the living room from the first floor, which also has a sun terrace and a solarium. The eight suites are spread across both floors, each with its own bathroom, air conditioning, a smart TV and a safe.
