Can Paz sits alone on a private estate of 180,000 square metres in Sant Josep, looking out over an unspoilt valley towards the islet of Es Vedrà. Two swimming pools, on two levels. On the upper terrace, an infinity pool of 15 by 5 metres with a cascading waterfall, integrated seating and a solarium with Balinese daybeds, looking out over the mountains and the valley. Beside the house, a circular pool of 6 metres with Greek steps, a fish pond and a Balinese chill-out pergola. Further up the hill, a second pergola faces Es Vedrà — the place to be at sunset. Can Paz runs on its own resources: electricity comes from solar panels, hot water from a solar system, and drinking water from a private well with reverse osmosis filtration.

Six double bedrooms, each with air conditioning and a smart TV. Three have king size beds of 200 x 200 cm, three have two single beds of 90 x 200 cm. Seven bathrooms, all with a walk-in shower. The living room opens onto the courtyard and has a wood burner for cooler evenings and a 65" screen. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a separate laundry room. A versatile multi-purpose room of 64 m² sits apart from the house, surrounded by forest.
