The pool runs along the terrace with wide steps at one end, surrounded by sun loungers, parasols and outdoor furniture. A covered terrace with deep chairs takes the shade through the afternoon and looks out over the valley to the sea. The barbecue and the outdoor dining area sit beside it, and there is an outdoor shower by the pool. 200 m² of interior space on a 600 m² plot, with a garage.

The living room opens onto the terrace through wooden doors, with a seating area at one end and the dining table at the other. The kitchen is fully equipped and sits just behind it. Three bedrooms are in the main house; the fourth has its own entrance beside the pool, which makes it useful for a couple travelling with friends.
