A traditional Ibizan finca, quietly modernised, in the green centre of the island. Three double bedrooms, a private pool, four porches and gardens planted with fruit and olive trees — fully fenced, fully private, and ten minutes from almost everywhere.

A large open-plan living area combines the kitchen, dining room and living room, anchored by a deep sofa and a smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped: induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, blender and air fryer. A second living room provides a quieter retreat for reading or films. The three bedrooms all have air conditioning. The first has a double bed and its own porch with a sofa for watching the sunset. The second has two single beds that convert to a king (180 x 200 cm), also with its own porch. The third has a double bed. A laundry room inside the house holds a sink, washing machine and dryer; soap is provided. Four porches sit outside. Two serve the bedrooms with their own furniture; a larger one functions as an outdoor living room with sofas and a table. Beside the house is the private pool with loungers and parasols, and a covered porch with a lounge area for dining or shade.
